GalinaWorld runs an Owner-CEO model supported by AI tools (Perplexity, Claude and others) acting as the analytical layer for CTO, CMO and CFO decisions. Two senior 2nd-tier human managers carry execution. We are hiring both. Applications to info@galina.si.
Manager A — Operations & Tech Lead
GalinaWorld is hiring its first 2nd-tier execution manager. You will turn AI-assisted CTO and CFO decisions into reality: vendors, infrastructure, finance ops, security, MiCA/GDPR readiness, the Decision Log. You report to the Owner-CEO and work alongside two independent advisors (legal, finance).
We are looking for 5+ years in ops, technical PM or controllership; daily AI tool fluency; written-first discipline; and a track record of shipping in regulated environments. Slovenian/German/Croatian and energy or crypto exposure are strong pluses.
What you will own
- Translate AI CTO and AI CFO briefs into operating reality: vendors, infrastructure, IoT and the Lina stack, security, monthly close, audit readiness, regulatory filings.
- Maintain the AI tool inventory and access controls; act as policy custodian under our written AI Use Policy and the EU AI Act.
- Own the Decision Log — the legal paper trail of informed decision-making for every Class 2–4 decision.
- Coordinate the legal and finance advisor sign-off for material decisions; track regulatory developments (MiCA, GDPR, EU energy law).
- Be the first responder for AI, security and operational incidents.
What you bring
- 5+ years in operations, technical project management, or finance/controllership in an SME or scale-up.
- Hands-on with at least two of: SaaS finance stack, IT/IoT integration, vendor and contract management, GDPR or comparable compliance.
- Daily AI tool user — and able to articulate where AI is wrong or risky. You will challenge AI output, not accept it.
- Numerate; comfortable in spreadsheets and reading legal/technical documents.
- Direct, written-first communication. Comfortable with Slack and a documented decision log.
Strong plus
- EU energy / sustainability exposure (GoO, Borzen, heat-pump, solar).
- MiCA / AML / KYC familiarity.
- Slovenian tax/accounting; Slovenian, German or Croatian language.
Compensation — full transparency
- Cash component: partly deferred until ICO success, paid against an objective compensation framework. Anti-dilution and true-up at ICO.
- GLNA token grant: meaningful allocation, 4-year vesting, 1-year cliff, on-chain lockup aligned with all insiders.
- Annual KPI bonus once cashflows allow.

Manager B — Growth & Communications Lead
GalinaWorld is hiring a senior Growth & Communications Lead to turn AI CMO analysis into shipped content, real partnerships, an active community and a working recruitment funnel. You report to the Owner-CEO, custody our brand, and own external comms end-to-end.
5+ years in B2B / sustainability / fintech / crypto / SaaS marketing or comms; daily AI tool fluency with the discipline to fact-check; cross-border European experience preferred. Slovenian/German/Croatian and sustainability or Web3 community background are strong pluses.
What you will own
- Translate AI CMO briefs into market reality: positioning, content, channels, campaigns, community, partnerships, recruitment funnel.
- Custodian of the GalinaWorld and Lina narrative across all channels. Final human reviewer of any AI-assisted public content.
- Plan and ship content at agreed cadence (web, LinkedIn, Slack-public threads, newsletters, video).
- Run the candidate pipeline for all hires; coordinate assessments under our AI Use Policy.
- Draft investor and partner-facing materials under Owner-CEO direction; ensure every external claim is fact-checked and policy-compliant.
- Define and report marketing/community/recruitment KPIs; run experiments; close the loop on AI-recommended campaigns.
What you bring
- 5+ years in marketing, communications, content or community in B2B / sustainability / fintech / crypto / SaaS contexts.
- Demonstrable shipping track record for a startup or SME, ideally cross-border in Europe.
- Comfortable with AI-assisted writing, editing and research — and the discipline to fact-check and adapt every output.
- Strong English; one additional EU language preferred (Slovenian, German, Croatian).
Strong plus
- Sustainability or energy storytelling experience.
- Crypto-adjacent community management with respect for compliance limits.
- Recruitment marketing (employer brand, candidate experience).
